Fyre does not guarantee employment outcomes for candidates or guaranteed hires for client companies, though we stand behind every placement with our 90-Day Guarantee as outlined in our service agreements.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Use the site to transmit unsolicited communications or spam.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the site without permission.
• Post or submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

4. Candidate Terms

Applying through Fyre is free. There are no fees charged to candidates at any stage, including application, screening, interview preparation, or placement. By submitting your information, you authorise Fyre to share your profile with relevant client companies as part of the recruitment process.

You are responsible for ensuring all information you submit is accurate and up to date. Fyre is not liable for missed opportunities resulting from inaccurate or incomplete applications.

5. Client Company Terms

Clients engaging Fyre for staffing services agree to the specific terms outlined in their individual service agreement, including fee structures, timelines, and the 90-Day Replacement Guarantee. Clients must provide accurate role requirements and engage in good faith throughout the placement process.

Fyre is not responsible for decisions made by clients regarding hiring, compensation, or employment conditions following a placement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Fyre Staffing Solutions and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Fyre does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We do not guarantee any specific placement outcome, salary level, or employment duration.

8. Limitation of Liability
